Extended Care Program

The Extended Day Program at St. James Catholic School is available to Pre-K - 8th grade. Families can utilize this program before and after school, on an as-needed basis. 

Hours

• Complimentary Morning Care - 7:00 AM - 7:40 AM
• Extended Day - 3:15 PM - 6:00 PM or 12:15 PM-6 PM on half days

After School Care Rates

$50 Registration Fee per family 

• $200.00 per Student per Month
• $20.00 per Student per Day

Unregistered “drop-in” students will be charged $25 hourly rate when this service is used.

Billing and Payment

All billing and payments are made through FACTS.

Pick-Up & Late Pick-Up Policies

Orderly and prompt pick-up from Extended Day is a condition of participation in the program.  Closing time is 6:00 PM; A late fee of $1.00/minute will be assessed for students picked up after 6 PM.  If possible, please notify staff members if you will be late.
